Banks Donate Funds to Haiti
Banks have been stepping up their donations to Haiti and aid groups in the past few weeks after the country's catastrophic earthquake.

I'm a little confused. Whey are these banks giving money to Haiti when they haven't paid back America yet? Am I being unfair?
